MAJOR Repeater Update
ANALOG ON BANK OF AMERICA BUILDING: We are currently having audio quality issues with the analog repeater on B of A. It does not affect coverage and is not a problem with the repeater and controller. It will require a minor modification which will likely happen sometime this week. It is perfectly fine to use the analog (448.325) repeater; it just will not sound pretty.
Mt Lemmon Gateway
Just an FYI that the Mt Lemmon gateway is back online and reporting to the trust network and dstarusers.org.
We also turned up the 445.950 repeater on the Bank of America today. The gateway for BofA is also online. Just a reminder that the Bank of America site is KR7ST and not K7RST.

Gateway Server Status
The gateway is currently experiencing some problems, however we hope to have it back online soon.
However the 2m and the 70cm are working for local use.
We will keep you updated on the progress.

Functions of DPLUS
The K7RST Gateway now has Dplus functionality in place. We currently have the D-Echo, Simulcast, and Gateway ID applications running on the gateway server.
DPRS on DSTAR Gateway
Just an update on DPRS via the gateway, for a users GPS data to be sent out the gateway to be viewable on the internet you need to setup UNPROTO in your radio.
Gateway Registration, Part II
To complete your setup on the Gateway server please log back into the server with your call and password at https://lemmon.dstar.k7rst.org/Dstar.do and add your “Terminal Info”. This is located under the “Personal Information” section.

DSTAR Signal Reports
The 445.900 (-) RST D-Star repeater on Mt. Lemmon in less than 24 hours on-the-air is receiving rave reviews from all over the area. We have had literally dozens of people checking in. As expected, there are some "dead" spots at the base of the foothills and up against Pusch Ridge. North Oracle Road is marginal at best. The further west you go away from Oracle Road the better. However, I live at approximately Oracle and Rancho Vistoso Blvd and have full scale. But, if I go too far to the east, it goes away.
